Per the request of our participating universities/colleges, SmartFox Technologies Professors and Students now have access to our below deck to use while teaching class.
Slide 1 - The Opening - The purpose is to kickoff the Powerpoint by describing SmartFox Prime's - Business Forecast Management System to the class. SmartFox Technologies partnered with Salesforce™, the leading CRM software provider in the world to create SmartFox Prime©, the first-ever Business Forecast Management System. SmartFox Prime’s technology uses controlled artificial intelligence (CAI) to help CRM users across the world save millions by fixing inaccurate sales forecasts while eliminating poor opportunity management.
Slide 2 - The Agenda - The purpose for this slide is to tell the class: what they will be learning by providing them an overview of the problem that SmartFox Prime resolves, how it resolves that problem using Artificial Intelligence, and what the students will be learning in this course. A best practice is to tell the students to save their questions to the end of the presentation.
Slide 3 - The Importance of Forecasting - The purpose for this slide is to tell the class: Accurately forecasting sales is the lifeline to success for every business; Wall Street's number one indicator of a business being successful. It's what helps companies plan to pay their employees, cover operating expenses, buy more inventory, market new products, and attract new investors. SmartFox Prime was built with over 20 years of experience of helping companies solve their sales forecasting pains using this Artificial Intelligence built within SmartFox Primes, Business Forecast Management System.
Slide 4 - The Proof that Sales Forecast are Inaccurate - The purpose of this slide is to tell the class the bad news and why ironically most sales forecast are inaccurate across almost every business around the world. There is proof in this example of research and data to support the why.
In 2019, a study from a notable company called InsideSalesLab was performed on 270,912 closed-won opportunities making up over $18.1 billion in closed sales revenue from many companies involved. Sales Forecasts were wrong 72% of the time outside of 90 days of closure and 47% of the time within 90 days of closure. Because of this problem investors and top executives have no confidence in most sales forecasts.

Slide 5 - The Three reasons why Sales Forecast are Wrong? - The purpose of this slide is to explain these three reasons why this problem exist.
Bullet 1 - Forecasts are subjective and based on a persons personal feelings and emotion; often influenced by pressure and peers.
Bullet 2 - Forecasts are based on what motivates individuals which is unfortunately different for every person. For example, the person in the middle is motivated based on his idea of what's important to him.
Bullet 3 - The final problem. At the end of the day, only 40% of the total activity a Sales or Marketing person experiences throughout a week gets enter into CRM systems. The reason - it's time consuming, often frustrating to enter, and employees are not properly incentivized to enter all the information they collect.

Slide 6 - The Outcome - Due to the demand for CRM performance and forecasts by companies, Marketing and Sales leaders now spend up to 50% time, fixing their teams issues in Salesforce CRM, and trying to get everything right before their upper management team sees everything. This headache will effect many students who will end up becoming Marketing or Sales Leaders for companies.

Based on research performed by Salesforce, artificial intelligence (AI) is the top growth area for sales teams — its adoption is forecasted to grow 139% over the next three years.

Employers are hiring students who get these certifications because they understand the value of how to use our Controlled Artificial Intelligence platform prior to employment.

Slide 9 - Salesforce Growth - As of the end of 2021, Salesforce has an estimated 4 million plus end users across the world. They project to double in size by 2024 to 8 million plus end user per Salesforce. This growth will likely effect every business student who graduates from a university.

Slide 10 - Why learn SmartFox Prime? - Universities are still teaching traditional spreadsheets, etc. to help make forecast calculations and use data to make good business decisions for companies. SmartFox Prime teaches more by showing students how to increase the 40% total activity of sales teams with a simple to use tool and how to remove subjectivity/guessing by learning how to control the behavior patterns of Sales Teams and help people make better decisions.
Slide 11 - SmartFox Prime End User Screen - The purpose of this slide is to give the students a view of the end users screen. The screen shows the students what they are about to learn, starting with a Salesforce sales process and three key milestones in the middle that need to be accomplished within the prospect stage of this screen sales process. As milestones are accomplished, forecast calculations are made based on their success and progress with the life of completing the sale.
Slide 12 - SmartFox Prime Admin Screen - The purpose of this slide is show the students where the calculations and setup of SmartFox Prime is made. The professors and students will have the option to make adjustments over time as they see the outcome of the SmartFox Prime Reports and Dashboards.
The SmartFox Prime Admin screen offers one main feature called Milestones to Move and four options features professors have the ability to teach called Best Practices, Salesforce Responsibilities, Customer Tracker, and Additional Details.

Slide 13 - SmartFox Prime Opportunity Dashboard - The purpose of SmartFox Prime Opportunity Dashboard is shown here within the view of the Salesforce Opportunity screen. Here students will always be able see their SmartFox forecast calculations and status before opening SmartFox Prime to complete more tasks.
Slide 14 - SmartFox Dashboards and Reports - Built on Salesforce's Reporting engine, students will be able to see how they are progressing through SmartFox Prime compared to other students; just like real companies are comparing their sales teams performance and forecasts using SmartFox Prime's controlled artificial intelligence system.
Slide 15 - Awards/Recognition - In 2021, SmartFox Technologies won over 25 plus international/national awards for SmartFox Prime's technology which resolves forecast accuracy pain for Salesforce users by bringing consistency and structure to Sales Teams. The SmartFox Prime App is an easy to use tool which forces Sales Reps to be accurate by eliminating subjective forecast choices which affect companies revenue goals.
Slide 16 - SmartFox Prime's Impact to EdTech - Due to our recognition and success, SmartFox Technologies create a university program that teaches business students the benefits of using Salesforce CRM and SmartFox Prime's Artificial Intelligence across the world in over 125 plus universities. In December 2021, SmartFox Technologies had the honor of then being selected by the Wharton School of Business, the University of Pennsylvania for one of the best AI's in EdTech due to the university program we put together for our universities/professors/students.
Slide 17 - Certifications - SmartFox-Salesforce University Program offers three levels of certifications (Basic, Professional, or Master) each professor participating can utilize based on the goals of their class curriculum. Once students have access to the SmartFox Student Training Center, the participating student will be able to perform the SmartFox lessons and case assignment work involved with gaining each certification.
